Community Support Advocates to Launch New Info and Referral Line to Connect Families to Care

Community Support Advocates is excited to announce plans to expand their information and referral line for adults to include children and families. “Starting September 1, 2021, we will launch a new information and referral line supporting both adults and families in Polk County,” said CEO Christina Smith. “The information and referral line will be answered 24/7 by experienced individuals there to help callers navigate the complex service system and guide them to the type of services they need, when they need them. The opening of our new line will correspond with the opening of new Crisis Stabilization services offered by Easters Seals Iowa and Broadlawns Medical Center. We are excited to work with the Polk County Region and our Community Partners to provide access to these exciting services to kids and families in Polk County.”

Currently, CSA is hiring key personnel to build this exciting program. We are hiring a full time Service Coordinator, a Full time Resource and Referral Coordinator, and a team of On Call System Navigators.
