Meet the instructor, Kate Allender! Born in 1997 in Ankeny Iowa, Kate is an avid working aspiring artist. With a focused goal on Keeping Art Alive, she strives to create as many original works and experiment with art. Specializing in acrylic and watercolor paintings Kate also dabbles in the art of Electroforming to make copper plated crystal jewelry. Kate is by far a very dedicated artist, with the intention of selling paintings not to make money, but to be able to purchase more art supplies and to continue creating.
