Navigating the complex world of the mental health and disability service system can be confusing. Team CSA is here to partner with you in finding the right services at the right time. We are committed to honoring the uniqueness of every person who is supported by us. There is no wrong door for accessing help.
integrated behavioral health clinic
Provides outpatient mental health therapy, medication management, and psychiatric assessments. Our clinical team consists of licensed therapists and Psychiatric Medication Practitioners with diverse backgrounds and specialties, ensuring that you receive quality care that aligns with your unique needs and preferences.
outpatient competency restoration program
Provides mental health support, substance use treatment services, and educational outreach for individuals across Iowa who are found incompetent to stand trial. The goal is to not only restore competency to stand trial for their offense, but to also keep vulnerable individuals competent and out of the criminal justice system.
integrated services agency (isa)
Provides a wrap-around approach to coordination and direct care services to support the unique needs of individuals livingwithin Polk County and experiencing mental health or disabilities.
integrated health home program (ihh)
Facilitates whole-health coordinated care for members, starting at age 14, who have a serious mental illness or severe emotional disturbance. The program supports the individual needs of each young person, and their families, as they transition into adulthood.
knowledge empowers youth (key) program
Provides direct-care service to address the unique mental health, physical wellbeing and social needs of young people and their families as they transition into adulthood.
service coordination
Facilitates care coordination for those with multiple support needs including mental, intellectual and developmental disabilities to navigate a complex network of resources and requirements for access to housing, medical, social, vocational and educational services.
case management
Facilitates preliminary intake, eligibility, and funding processes. Supports children and adults who are eligible for Medicaid through the State’s Fee for Service Program (FFS) or Health Insurance Premium Payment (HIPP) Program.
MOMENTUM ARTS PROGRAM
Located in Mainframe Studios, Momentum Arts Program offers a safe, inclusive and inspiring environment for anyone identifying with having a mental health condition or disability to explore creative expression and professional development in the arts.

Working behind the scenes for most of our 25-year existence, Community Support Advocates is leaning into its expertise to significantly advance the region’s access to mental health resources — which requires all hands on deck. momentum arts program
Momentum Arts programming is free to anyone identifying with having a mental health condition or disability. Participating artists have access to studio space, supplies, and workshops, as well as opportunity to exhibit and sell artworks. We believe that the transformative power of art should be accessible to all.
