CSA adds new Director to Executive Management Team
Community Support Advocates is excited to announce that David Higdon has joined our Executive Management Team. David will lead the agency’s Accounting, Human Resources, and Information Technology team as the Director of Accounting and Support Services. David comes to CSA with over 30 years of experience working in Central Iowa Disability Service Administration.
