CSA Hosts Flu Shot Clinic October 23rd!
Join Community Support Advocates to get protected from the flu this year. We are hosting a Flu Shot Clinic at our Office on October 23rd, 2018 from 12-2pm.
The Clinic is open the public and is located at the CSA office behind Merle Hay Mall. All insurances are accepted, please bring a copy of your insurance card. If you have no insurance, bring cash to cover a small fee. A light lunch will be provided for all participants. Call us with any questions at (515) 883-1776!
